I like the spontaneity of them they seem to me to be a little different for usual wedding shots but maybe I only ever see the formal ones.

One shot I don't like at all is the ring one. I think the concept is great but the broken twig or stick to me at least has negative connotations and looks messy. If it was my wedding I would not want to see that photo but if the couple are happy that's all that matters really.

You have mentioned a very good point about the ring shot, K1W1. I must keep that in mind. This is why I like posting my photos and taking in all the comments and critics good and bad.
