I need help, i have todo some commercial work and they need a quote. But they want proper format... Now i do this sort of stuff all day, but tog' business is a whole different kettle of fish, so what do i throw in there?
Has anyone got any proforma's of what they use to quote jobs, just for reference??
The jobs mine, they just need something more than an email stating price to attache a PO too.

You need to take the approach like an artist would. Put all your deliverables in there. In addition your services rendered.
Start with how many hours they get you for. What you are delivering to the client. What you will do with the images eg.
15 studio headshots = 3 hours
Photo colour correction = 0.5 hours
blemish correction = 1 hour
15 x prints (5x7)
Total = $450,000 (yes im a really good tog lol)

LOL at price...
That side of its easy in which i outlined in the email.
Its a display home for a devolping and investment company. its only a little job, but they are being a pain wanting a proper quote on a proper format!

In Microsoft word they have alot of templates for receipts, invoices...etc. Try that. Happy to send you one of my invoices which you can tinker with if you pm me your email address

I've got a few jobs coming up such as football player portraits etc and they too wanted a quote form within the next 3 weeks.

Google photography quote template.. If you have quicken you could do it internal too..
