I'm driving to Perth tonight and will be away for a couple of weeks at least. Camera will of course be onboard and I hope to flood the forum when I return. :)

It's not a fun trip, I'm going south to have an angiogram, ye old ticker ain't what she used to be but I think I can squeeze a few more years out of her yet.

I'm stopping for one night on a friend's farm just north of Perth and he's promised me that Wedgies abound on his property, here's hoping.

Be good while I'm away.

Have fun mate. Look forward to your pics when you return. Good luck with the wedgies (the bird, I presume!)

We're off to NZ for a week tomorrow. We'll have to compare pics on our return.

Take care, don't worry about the angio, actual procedure is no prob, left me a bit zapped for a while, but back to normal in no time, hope you find plenty of pic opportunities, enjoy and take care .. :(

I'm baaaaack!!

Thank you one and all for your kind words. The angio went well and I'm good to go. Little bit scary, but the outcome was good and it is nice to have peace of mind restored. It's also good to be back in the warmth after freezing my you know whattsies off. Brrrr, that southern weather is not fit for human consumption.:cold:

So, back to the vastly more important business of posting pics:bounce:

I had plenty of time for this trip and took 6 days each way so lots of pics to share, mainly Pilbarra region landscapes. Even managed a couple of Wedge Tail shots, hoot hoot!

Great to see you back LC. Of course you must have a "Land of sweeping plains' shot after that trip.

Thanks Andrew. Yes lots of sunburnt country and sweeping plains images taken. One has been posted already in the thread.;)
