Installing plugins in Lightroom

Is there some magical way of installing plugins into LR that I can't work out?

I've never had a problem installing Photoshop plugins in PS before, but damned if I'm having any success installing LR plugins in LR :(

Put your Plugins into this folder:


C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.3\Modules\


LR searches that folder and automatically installs any plugins it finds there....
