Thanks Greg, and yes it is also one of my favorites

Nice series Richard - the clean background really makes the female wren stand out. Well done on getting a Thornbill to sit still.

Love the Koala - looks like you were at eye level

Thanks Alan, yes we were standing side by side. Although when I first saw the koala we were very close, I did back away so I could get some photos.

Beautiful series Spearmint. Cloning out a couple of little branches would be my only suggestion, so I guess a score of 98/100 shouldn't be sneezed at. You are a master.

I'm sure will be able to handle that Spearmint. What editing software do you use?

I can do basic background replacement using Photoshop, it's the time consuming fine detail I don't have a lot of patience for. I know ON1, Luminar, and Franzis Cutout, which I also have are supposed to make life simpler, but my preference is taking photos not editing them.

Thanks for that Spearmint - to each his own (and hers).

Beautiful series Richard. I love the variety you have captured.

My favorite is #2 with the uncluttered background. The clarity and color are most impressive as well.

My indecision is final, I think.

Thank you. I've been heading over to French Island for a wander. I need to do some research what weather is best for birds as last Saturdays visit was rather poor with regards viewing birds and other wildlife.
