Looks dramatic but I would like to see this in colour.

Sorry. I prefer black and white.

      Fair enough. It's your photo.

Nice tall one. Is that a walkway at the foot of the falls? Single shot or stitch?

Single shot at 26mm on a APS-C camera. Its not a walkway it is the wall of a small dam. The place is set up as a tourist trap rather than any sort of natural beauty. You can see a kid on the viewing platform at the top directly to the left of the water coming over the edde.

I remember it well. My last visit was just before the fires some years back. A sort of honeymoon if I remember. At least a dirty weekend. I don't remember this much water. Nor do I remember this much growth. The photo serves me well in reminding me that memories, as well as other things, fade with age. Cheers Tom

It's all the regrowth from the fires. Another 10 years and it will be more mature again.

What a nice photo. Thanks for not taking it with a 30 second exposure.
Better a full bottle in front of me

      Yuck. :-)
It's actually 1/4000. Very bright day and not real need for a slow shutter speed to get the water effect. I think it looks better in this case not being all touchy feely silky smooth.
