Agreed ... they are remarkable boats / pilot guides & the seas they have to work in can be quite horrendous
As to your pic ... I think you have nailed it right on the button, action + sharpness + good centre of interest

Great action capture. Those guys are used to tough conditions but you've got to take your hat off to the pilots who have to climb on and off the big ships while they're bouncing up and down!

Obviously a younger mans job. Thanks for the thumbs up. What really pleases me is that there were hundreds of people walking around with cameras And I didn't see anyone take a picture of this.
