That water is amazingly still as well. When in Singapore a drone was flying past about 50 meters away and I could barely hear it. All the others I have come across have been quite noisy.

The lake is in a deep gully so it's often very calm. It's where the world rowing championships were held a while back. You can just see a couple of the buoys from the course in the distance.
