  • Foggy forest

Shots I took last week driving up Grantulla Road, Menzies Creek on a foggy morning. Taken with my Samsung Note 5.

Beautiful tall trees have that mystical feel through the mist. (Dam phones)!
    It's the little things!

We don't get mist like that here where I live very often so it's nice to see for a change. Very calming atmosphere, lovely shots. I call them "shots" 'cause they weren't taken with a real camera

"Don't touch". Must be the scariest thing to read in braille!

Lovely pictures. The cameras in the Samsung Notes are impressive tools. I bought myself a Note 4 but it was just too big to comfortably fit in my pocket. So I gave it to my wife, and now she routinely takes far better wildflower photos than I do with all my DSLR gear.... I don't know whether to be proud of her or envious!

That's funny Chris. I find the phone fits into my back pocket of jeans fine. Even when travelling with my DSRL cameras I still whip out the phone when I want to take a quick shot that the lens I have on my camera isn't suited to. On this occasion, I needed wider shots so the phone worked well.

That sounds ideal. But if I tried to get the Note 4 back now I'd be putting 35 years of marriage seriously at risk....

I do have an old Galaxy S3 phone which does a similar job. But not in the class of the cameras in those Notes. You really nailed the mist, which isn't always easy.
