    Lovely spot Greg and a wonderful photo as well. If I'm not mistaken, I seem recall seeing that house with the large arch shaped window in a previous post.

      That's the one. The old River Don Trading co building now the residence of a friend of mine.

      Yes Brad, about a kilometre from this spot to the sea. Tide has about 3 meter rise and fall here.
