  • Seen any Dinosaurs lately?

    G'day all

Out in western Qld near Longreach is the Age of Dinosaurs display centre. They are showing us actual dinosaur bones [not plastic replicas] and they have recreated a smaller version of the 1km long footprint display from Larkhill Quarry some 200km away [these footprints are on show in a display centre and the other 975m is covered by 1metre of sand to protect it from scavengers]

    Here's the replica run ...

This model is about 2m long by the way!

    As always - feedback welcome
    Phil

Interesting, by the way there’s a couple that walk past home that could pass as a missing link!... and they have phones!

Interesting stuff Phil. My son goes near Longreach in his weekly travels so I'll let him know it's there. Thanks
