Great photography Greg. What a great triumph for these athletes. Your photos capture the real spirit these champions thrive on. Well done!

Be better if you numbered the shots.

I agree, but I think I've mentioned before that Vbulletin randomly scrambles what I put up at times so I've given up on trying to get things in some order. Just happy to get them to display for now.

      Great reportage.

          Well done Greg.
What is a para triathlon? Seems some of those athletes won't be running or swimming.

Surprisingly they do.. sort of... There are various levels of disability and categories in which they compete. Some require guides (visually impaired) and obviously those without use of legs at all don't run but they do use a wheelchair. From what I saw they all swam and either rode a bike or had one of those recliner things with hand pedals. The classes are judged separately of course.
It's a real eye opener and many of these athletes travel the world full time to train and compete.
Certainly makes you stop and think if you are feeling sorry for yourself for some relatively minor reason!
            Cheers.

Great shots Greg. I always marvel at their stamina in the heat.
