Nicely composed which I imagine would be difficult in a fast moving sport. Also like the choice of aperture making the two players in the background slightly blurred and the one with the ball the star of the shot.

Welcome to Photoholics dolina! What a great first post. Very effective composition and beautiful light in this shot.

Please post more of your work and join in the fun and discussions.
      Charles

My indecision is final, I think.

Lovely first post dolina! Welcome aboard.

Really like the way the light falls on the lead horse. Great capture.

Now that's interesting as well, looks like they are about to loose gravity.
The concentration on the rider out front focusing on the ball is intense.

Good choice for b&w, works a treat.

Had a look at your website and there's some quality imagery there.

Great action shots. Do you specialise in this type of photography?
                        It's the little things!

hi Greg thank you commenting. I generally prefer sports and wildlife. When I started posting here I was surprised at how low my post counts was. Did someone delete my posts or did I not login at all because my registration approval took some time? Not an accusation but I am puzzled.

We're all a bit puzzled with the workings of this forum. We have good people on it, but it does some strange things at times. Stick with us.

I've found It's better to open another topic each time you post new pics rather than add to an established one. (They get buried rather quickly).

There are also some topic headings which some Members have access to and others dont. That's a mystery to me at the moment, but I do have to be careful where I put things as in the wrong place, not everyone can see them!

All of which I can live with.. but yes, it can be frustrating at times.

                            Cheers.
