there was a movie called A Patch Blue; a patch of blue sky was the only thing the blind women call remember seeing.
From the window yesterday. BTW: kenworths are better photography platforms than the Macks![]()

The camera & lens it's just a tool to capture light and shadows.

Interesting! I really like this image but the 17 who have looked appeared not to have like it.
I find that one bit of white cloud surrounded by the darker clouds of different shades of grey rather fascinating. True; it could have been a better photo (more space, more land) but when taken from a truck window (and a Mack window at that) one is a little limited in selecting composition.
It will be going into the 8x 10 "to be printed folder". Whether it goes to the lab is another question.
EDIT: i typed this about 6 hours ago and didn't post

Poor sensitive soul........+1...there....better now???
I actually like your clouds series, I have been checking them out. I don't see much point in leaving a post saying "I like" and I don't want to try my hand at c&c, without a background and context I'd just rather not.
Cheers, RAW
Ian to be honest the photo doesn't do anything for me
I can't add any constructive criticism so thats why I didn't reply... I know it can be frustrating when no one replies it happens to me often enough but if someone cant give constructive criticism maybe it's better that they don't reply? I don't know it's a tough one I think

Thanks for the honesty. I was not really bitching about no comments but more the thought how much I like it and yet no one else did/dose. Bit of "I was there" thing I'm thinking. That does play a big part in what a photos really means to the person who took it.
Honestly; I don't reply to many photos myself these days mainly because of time and no motivation, and because of the frustrations I'm have just getting a workable connection so I certainly don't expect replies to my snap shots. I'm just happy to share ATM.
And thanks RAW; you did make me feel better LO L. One thing about clouds is they are all different in some way.

I like the area where you live. I love the w i d e open space, that comes through in many of your shots. The cloud shots give depth and dimension to the space. I have spent a fair bit of time inland and I love it.
No, I'm sorry, it doesn't do anything to me. The main thing is YOU like it.
Lots like Tassie around here ATM
Thanks for the honesty.
The comments have made me look at it again
Why didn't I do this earlier___lighten the grass at the bottom

And no one said I cannot remove some of the grey sky.
