I didn't go to the beach this afternoon, (the dog's had a morning walk) and was rewarded with this sunset from my front verandah. Moruya River is in foreground. Smoke is from winter burn-offs

I love the framing, and the layering in the hills is almost 3D.
Oh, the sunset is ok too!!

Hey Alan,
I can't make up my mind about the river - I like it because it gives 1. a sense of depth and 2. a sense of place; but I also find it a bit bright and it draws my eye away from the hills and the gorgeous sunset colours.
Having said that though, I never tire of rolling-hills-fading-into-the-background shots! What a lovely view!![]()
