I know .. this is all I seem to post nowadays .. but you don't get much chance to get out and about with an 18 month old! Probably a little oversharpened.

Phil those eyes would just melt your heart wouldn't they?? what a beautifull little boy.
It doesn't look too over sharpened on my monitor, the eyelashes are lovely and defined without being overdefined, i just love it ..![]()

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!!!
That is a lovely shot Phil. Crisp but not over sharp on my monitor, and the dof is great.

Thanks for the comments guys.
This one taken with the 24-70 .. would rather use the 50 1.4 however Rhys moves like lighting .. 125 photos to get this one!
Flash was used to fill in features but background was still way too light, so duplicated the layer, set it to screen, selected his head and top with the magic wand, inverted it and then deleted the background on the duplicate copy. Then what I thought was a slight sharpening, but looking at it it seems still to be oversharpened slightly.
Once again tahnks for the comments.
Not oversharp on my lappy Phil and, like the others, I really like this - very much. Maybe you could try and lighten/whiten his eyes a little more? The whites do look blue-ish on my screen - other than that - great capture!

Thanks Kate
Funnily enough that is the colour in the whites of his eyes. I can't work it out .. I have tried to bring the colour of his eyes out a few times without success .. they're not brown .. not blue .. not anything that I can highlight further.
