One of my amusements is to photograph photographers usually pros at sports events. I think lens lust has something to do with it. I've noticed from other forums that this sort of thread is often quite popular so I thought I'd start one here where people can post their shots of photographers in action.
(Note to the Mods) If this is the wrong forum section please move the thread.

looks like the guy in the first photo doesn't even have a rear cap on his 600mm!

I think i have some from the Melbourne GP. *off to find them*
Not sure what lens this was, (600mm maybe?) but it was big.
These guys found a good spot.

Love that original bottoms up shot!
Mine from Speed on Tweed 2007. It was really funny at this spot, as the cars came up over the hill everyone would swivel to follow them, and then the minute they were past they'd all start chimping to see what they had. It was like some weird ballet!

I watched some Pro Skateboarding on the W/E. Yes I was bored.
It was really interesting watching the togs in action.
The skating was in a pool, and the togs were inside the fence.
Some had the cameras to their eyes, others just did the point and shoot, and hope like hell, with the cameras held high above them.
Some had the flashes on the camera, I noticed one guy who was holding 2 flashes, and when the skater got some air in front of him, he crouched low and pointed the flashes up.
A lot of effort to get the shots.
