  • Australian Reed-warbler Eastern sub-species

Isac's shots of the Reed-warbler prompted my memory of one I had managed to photograph one and hadn't completed processing it. This is from back in June. It landed a short distance in front of and below me, and I managed to fire off a couple of pretty much identical frames before it flew off. Not the best angle, and there's that annoying blade of grass, but it's the only one I have.

The eastern sub-species is lighter coloured than the western

It is a different angle Alan but I'm all for something different. Lovely detail. Grass is there so nit much one can do about it - it's nature.

Thanks Phil. I was lucky to get it and I’m happy with the detail but there’s always something that could be better.
