1940 Chevvy Pickup

Saw this one outside of Collie (a large coal mining town) call Allanson. It was on the highway called Colliefields Road.
1940's Chevrolet Tuck. You can see the hinges on the top of the windscreen that was able to wind out with a crank winder on the dash. Nice for extra air flow on a hot day.

If you could isolate the background you could have some fun with that image.
A polarising filter would have eliminated most of the reflection on the windscreen, not a criticism just commenting .

I had my CPL with me but was back at the house where I was staying. I had a play with another one of the same vehicle.

#3 Dont think it improves the picture I'm ok with the reflections.

Cheers Hans. I love playing with the ZOOM action - it's a fun effect and creates some very different results, depends on the subject. I always use the original to create the zoom to keep all the colours.
I only played with the glare from John's idea - mainly as a bit of a challenge. It was only a slight adjustment and I'm happy with either.

Good images Isac. Old machinery always seem interesting for some reason. I like the contrast/texture on the truck in the image with adjusted glare.

Thanks for that Alan. I always love the old rusty bodies laying around in the bush. I used to see lots when I was out and about in our eastern hills and had lots of photos, but alas no more.
