Careful they don't send you a letter. We had someone not far from here put a sign up Wombat Hilton and he got a letter from their legal people. Interesting texture in there though. Would like to see a bit more detail in the sky.
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

We used to get cease and desist letters all the time when I was in the car industry. In those days in Melbourne car paint was commonly called duco so cars would be advertised as having red duco or white duco or whatever. Duco was at that time a registered trademark of ICI and when their lawyers were short of cash they would trawl the used car ads and send out letters so they could then bill ICI stupid amounts of money for no real reason.
Generally they don't bother with non commercial entities so I assume that the Wombat Hilton place must have been a BnB or something.

Glorious shot Phil! I think it needs some playing with to make it pop.

      G'day mate

I did try a bit of fiddling and it didn't seem to make it any better - so I left is as it was
Feel free to have a go if you wish

Should have kept the original next to it while doing it as I may have warmed it a bit too much.

Why not. If you like that sort of thing! Who else?

This is my effort. I tried to get back some of the detail in the sky by using the haze tool in ACR.

You got the sky looking good mate. I wonder what colour the big hill actually is. All edits are different colours

    Okay fellas -- here's the ex-camera image to play with ... Cropped to 16 x 9 format, saved to 1024 x <250kb

The day was 100% overcast with moderate thickness of clouds and drifting, misty rains. There is no cloud detail to speak of
The hills to the horizon are 'lost' in the atmospheric mistiness from the heavy humidity all thru the air

The flat topped hill on the horizon is similar to -but not the same hill- as the other image posted recently too
