Mornings were generally foggy and reduced vision. With occasional glimpses of more.
Preference?

Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

Excellent examples of receding layers Hans, and just about monochrome.
Hard to choose a preference but #1, I think

Beautiful shots Hans. My pick is the 1st one as well.
Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

Number 1 has my vote. A nice golden sunrise across the valley would seal the deal

Looks like #1 has got it it could be the detail right at the top right in #2 which is a bit of a negative as well as opposed in #1
Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

Yeah Hans ... my vote goes to #1 too
I'd also vote for a bluddy-big poster print for the lounge room wall

I agree it is good enough for that but I'm not sure where it would go without having to remove something else.

Just a thought. With so many world travels I guess you would be running out of wall space. Maybe build an outbuilding for a photo gallery?

More likely to be building a wooden box than additional building.
