  • A walk outside.

We are getting plenty of rain here lately, not many opportunities to get outside with the camera.
When there was a little break the other day, I took the chance of getting caught outside with the camera in the rain, I had to end up running back to the house with my camera under my shirt.

Every day is a camera day Ironwood - rain - hail or shine. Sometimes it's great just to listen to the rain outside and get creative with the camera indoors. I like all of these. #1 has beautiful colours and textures and could be used as a background for a nice Christmas card. The spider lily shot in #3 is a standout.

I'm starting to think that the wallaby is a stuffed toy you bought at the local tourist trap

Nah, John, he has two! See last week's post. Great shots, Brad - and who else would think of photographing rain on the glass door. I like!

Sorry for not commenting on your images Brad, very rude of me. As usual a very nice set of images, I particularly like #1, it looks very tropical. You can almost feel the humidity.
Can you please arrange to have some of the rain sent down south to help alleviate the bushfire situation

I wish I could send it to where it’s needed more John. Our ground is fully saturated now, so any more is just running off into the creek.

Have to agree with this lot is a good set of shots.
I like taking shots of flowers also and I have not seen these before.
        Well done on them all.
