Love the colours, textures and lines in this Hans. Almost a minimalist shot. If you lift the shadows just on that dark ocean, it looks better IMHO. Would look brilliant on a flash hotel foyer wall. Great work.

Only reduced the levels of the dark ocean.

Much better. So you added a levels adjustment layer with a mask and raised the mid tones?
It could even go further I reckon, by brightening the colour to the same tone as the yellow sand

Thanks Alan I suppose the dark is a bit overpowering. I do like its contrast but Isacs suggestion works well as well.
