    They've obviously had tips from our council employees on how to perform their duties diligently and spread the workload so as not to suffer from fatigue or other stress related conditions.
    He was probably hard at it and finishing up after hours of work and looking forward to hos well earned lunch break.

        Maybe if you save the exif data for the image when you resize for posting, we can see your settings, which is a great help when giving CC.
