    Great shots Paul (pun intended). Love the guy in #1 who is looking in the opposite direction to where he is shooting. I assume to avoid the powder flash.

          Still dangerous though ... One chap had to be taken away with a gaping head wound.

        nice couple of shots here.............
        black powder makes it possible to pull this sort of thing off (and add a level of interest too.
        with smokeless, and modern arms it is just a bunch of blokes pointing weapons in generally the same direction

            That's a lot of fun. Very colourfull and full of action. I suppose they put the wadding in to keep the powder in place. That obviously will come out with some force so you wouldn't want to be aiming it at people.
            Better a full bottle in front of me
            than a full frontal lobotomy.
