I know that it's hard to see, but I was trying to show the wheels turning. I have some shots with a faster shutter speed I'll put them up later in Sports.

320 shutter seems a bit slow for action John. Just a suggestion: Tv mode 1000 (up to 2000) / auto ISO

Details posted as asked for. It would be nice if vBulletin allowed EXIF Data to be displayed. A good reason to look for new forum software when it comes time for subscription renewal.

I took a drive out to the track today as there was a club meeting on. This gave me chance to check out vantage points and check the lay of the land so to speak. I won't have to take ti 150 - 600 as you can get quite close to the action in places. I may just take it, you never know.
These images are not action packed, but there weren't many there because of the championships next weekend.
All images taken with my 7DII and Sigma 70 -200 f2.8
#1 Close finish. The angle did not allow for me to get the flag marshal in shot.

Australian Kart Championships
Round 5 of the Australian Kart Championships is on this coming weekend (30/8 - 1/9) at the Todd Road karting complex in Port Melbourne. Barring extremely bad weather I am planning on going along to test the new Siggy 150 - 600 lens at motorsport. I was wondering if any on the Melbourne members Spearmint, K1W1 would be interested in meeting me there.
Big bonus is that admission is free.
