  • Something I did to the camera.

I have found this simple addition to the camera very useful.

The elastic band sits over the focus ring which makes it easy to find when on manual focus The lens cap is tied to the band and I have not lost one since.
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

Great idea Hans. Usually old undies have a good elastic strip you can stitch up. I don't ever recall losing a lens cap or hood.

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

They're only missing because you can't remember where you put them

I done the same sort of thing with our Monocular's and now we will never lose one of the lens caps which are easy to do with them.
So I say thins is a good idea.
I post what I photograph and what I post is how I like it.

Good onya Ralph. I find making the focus ring easy to find the best part having the cover easy to find is a bonus
