Just playing with the OM-5 and 40-150mm +2X TC

Lovely bright blue sky! I guess you have to "play" with your gear to see what it can do - all fun! Good looking pegs too. The combination seems to be yielding good results. Do you notice any IQ drop off with the 2xTC? I've always been hesitant to get one because of reports that IQ is affected.

Not in this case Isac. My only concern with the 2X is handshake with my 300mm f4. Some can manage it, but it works with the 150mm OK...

I still need some more research but if I do get one for my Tamron 18-400, I hope it does a good job.
