          John, its the luck of the draw some days, and while this is only a sample of the birds I managed to photograph on Saturday, being there early certainly helps.

              The spoonbill would be my pick too. Little shadow on the beak but its turned its head just enough to the eye is well exposed. Nice natural surroundings and colours.
