Herons and a crow

Not seen so many White Faced Herons in one fly past before. A long way away and hoped they would come back - but no.

Hi Isac, great to capture all of those herons in a single shot. I've only ever seen one at a time..

Good pose on the crow but I think it might be an Australian Raven. I can't tell them apart but the feathers under the throat suggest a raven. See https://ebird.org/species/ausrav1

Thanks Alan. I've never seen more than 2 herons together, so this is rather odd. I do get confused between the crows and ravens, but I think you're right with the raven. It's hard to tell them apart as crows here have the throat feathers too, but not as long.
