The day after the first batch arrived we were greeted by a second batch. I had a better lens with me this time

Wonderful to see a new batch with mum and dad. Very special moment in time for you. Lovely photos with great detail. Well camouflaged in the bull rushes.

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

Thanks guys we have been very lucky this year. The goslings are so cute and the parents very protective. The pond they are on is in the field where we keep ponies and is about 200 yards from the gate. As soon as they hear the gate click they shepherd the little ones at pace onto the pond. Not sure where they were going in No4 but they largely ignored me

Thanks both. They are still about but less easily approached now.
