  • From a walk around Eagleby Wetlands

Many more birds at Eagleby Wetlands this morning than I have seen for quite a while. Perhaps they showed up to welcome the three German birders I met there.

    This is the first instalment.

Thanks. They are not the easiest bird to photograph as they rarely stay still.

Good quality shots Alan. Well framed and all lovely colours with great bokeh to highlight the birds.

      Thanks Isac and Alan.

I'm not totally happy with these. All are a bit far away and not the best poses but still good fun getting them.

It's all been said. Great shots of some beautiful birds. Love the fantail and the apparent glare from the head on shot of the silvereye.
