  • Grey Teal Ducks

A family affair at the lake. Lots of new arrivals. Here's a few of the Grey Teal family. The grey teal (Anas gracilis) is a dabbling duck found in open wetlands in Australia and New Zealand.

All very good but I like 3&4 best when in the family group. No 6 looks like he is a bit waterlogged and low in the water
Better a full bottle in front of me

I agree with Hans on #3 and #4 being the best.

I would have gone for #6 except for the out-of-focus blade of grass over the bird.

The caption on #1 fits the image really well.

Excellent shots. I agree with the others that #3 & #4 are the best.

Thanks gentlemen. Much appreciated. Maybe not the best technically but a very enjoyable time just watching them do their thing.
