A Walk around Sandy Camp Road Wetlands

I hadn't been to this location for a while as it's a half-hour drive through traffic although not too bad if you're early enough.

Many birds around but few showed up in a place suitable for a photo. All of these required significant post=processing to be presentable.

1. Double-bar Finch


2. Female Leaden Flycatcher. This is the best of several shots.


3. Australasian Darter



4. Lewins Honeyeater. There were a couple of honeyeaters moving around but most stayed concealed or high up against the light. This was against the bright sky but rescued in post.

Quite a good variety you captured Alan. Excellent IQ.

Thanks Isac. I did see a good variety but I wouldn't class these as good IQ even if the look ok at this size.
