  • Steel sculptures


    G'day all

    Some outback towns we travel through have some pretty smart locals, who rummage through the local rubbish dump for the 1001 bits of stuff that their artistic talents can later deal with. These are from the town of Thallon in southern Qld

    1)- the top half of a full-sized bloke as a wheelwright / blacksmith

      Impressive Phil. Seems to be becoming quite common, Roma has a lot too but I couldn't spare the time so didn't stop for a closer look.

          Thanks team

          They were so dark from both rust & shadow, the on-camera flash was needed to get the details
