28° on the South Coast on Tuesday so I had to go for a quick dip and took the Coolpix S31 with me. Some processing involved in removing the sun - still not perfect, but it will have to do for a snap with a toy camera atm (probably a Haiku in there somewhere too)

I like the sun showing because that's what created the lovely shadows across the foam. But well done on the edits.

Thanks Greg - the sun didn't do much for the composition I thought. The big blob of white seemed to suck a lot of attention away from the wave. I can still envisage the sun behind the wave - but each to their own

The other reason for removing it was I liked the star-like effect of the added droplets..

Thanks Charles for your literary efforts - very nice. I like how you have included the missing sun - sounds like you miss it as well.
