Wilpena Pound. I saw this landscape as I crested a rise on the Blinman - Wilpena Pound road, I couldn't help myself and lay prone in the middle of the road to take the shot, I think it was worth it.

Worth it all right John. And a great POV! The thing with shots like this is that they are unique and it's all yours! Lovely colours and textures and that sky is just out of this world.

I think this would look quite nice as a pano, but the sky is too nice to give up.

Yes great POV and colours. Down here there’d be a crow feeding on you if you lay on the road for more that a couple of minutes!
