  • Eagleby main lake when you can see the water

    Here are a few shots from the main boardwalk at Eagleby Wetlands with the water actually visible. This is taken from roughly opposite where the photo of the overgrown lake in the previous post was taken.

    It is much nicer when you have a clear water surface.

      There are usually plenty of birds, but lots of bush to go with them. Also snakes, hares, water dragons, spiders etc.

      You have a lot more creatures there than what I see at our piddly little lake. No snakes or water dragons but we did have a little rabbit the other day but it was a local's lost pet - safely returned to its owner
