        Beautiful colourful shots. Like the framing in number 3 and quite surprised to see what look like braces on the rear of the windmills. I always though the tops could rotate / be rotated depending on the wind direction. The funny buildings are impressive but struggling to imagine what it would be like to live in one

          I imagine to live in one of them would have been better than some of the dwellings that were available to us ordinary folk. Being a miller would have been a profession. The stays attached to the top were required to adjust for wind speed and direction.
