and -yes- it's often sad to see such buildings being allowed to go to rack-n-ruin via neglect

It's a grand old building and you've captured that in your great photo. It's a shame that some countries work under the DILLIGAF system. France has obviously adopted the IFWAC system.I Shoot A Canon
