Also taken at the gardens but outside the aviary. Cropped to remove foliage in front of his body but of course still has a twig across his neck.

That's a great shot capturing the character of these special birds. Shame about that twig as it is a bit distracting.

Bit green around the gills on my screen, but a beaut portrait.

Thanks Greg he was deep amongst the lime coloured foliage which is probably reflected on his feathers. I did use Mick's method of removing a colour cast.
