  • Much Rain at the Lake.

This is the highest level in the lake that I have ever seen in 21 years. Much rain has flooded normally grassy areas.

#1 - Pano (6 x Horizontal). 1st time this has been flooded.Click image for larger version

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

A bridge! The ground needs a good soaking every now and then.

You're right about a soaking. When it settles down the ground usually benefits and comes back much better and richer.

Looks like a lovely place to relax.

Are you calling the ducks and their mates?

This looks a lot like the Murray River at Mildura in our little while ago flood.
It gives the lawn area's a free watering in one thing with it.
I post what I photograph and what I post is how I like it.

Thanks all. Plenty of rain to soak up for good lawn growth. Unfortunately, the ducks are a bit scarce this year, maybe in Spring they'll pop in for the mating season.
