  • Sunrise - bit by bit

    G'day all

Was a bit mad the other day and got up in the dark to see if the sunrise was any good.
Hmmm ? I stood around in the chilled air and waited .. and waited .. and then over a 45 min period, this is what I saw / kept

1)- there was a bit of colour and the makings of something interesting (6:26am)

    exif- Panny FZ-2500; 1,6sec x F8 +ND-64; ISO-200; lens at 3x zoom / 75mm FFequiv

2)- thought that this was a bit nicer - the tree makes it a bit more visually interesting

    exif- Panny FZ-2500; 1,6sec x F11 +ND-64; ISO-200; lens at 3x zoom / 75mm FFequiv
(and also trying for smoooth waters)

3)- but all too soon the sun disappeared behind the clouds -- so I waited another 1/2-hour to see if there was anything brewing ... and there was (7:12am)

    As always, feedback welcome
    Phil

Beautiful shots. Love the pastel colors in the first two.

Always good to shoot when the sun is below the horizon. Nice series.

Great colours in 1&2. The flare in 3 was well worth the wait.

All great Phil. The colours are amazing. I don't get to see many sunrises, only if Charlie needs to water the lawn at some ungodly hour!
