They are pretty small by the look Kevin, so I'd never see one, let alone get a photo. Plenty of colour and I like the POV. I'm not a macro expert so can't offer anything about settings. The shots seem to be a bit noisy and I only say that hoping someone with macro experience will chime in and give you some tips.

They are small, less than 10mm. It was a quick grab, lens change and shoot moment so I have no idea what settings they were.

Good work on these Kevin. I think the second is the better shot as it is closer to the spiders level and shows off the eyes and prey. Both nice and sharp with good colour. I can see a bit of noise in the bg but it doesn't bother me. Running noise reduction just on the bg should remove this, unless you have done this already.

Just had a look, the ISO was at 3200 so not surprised there`s a bit of noise.

Hi Kevin. I use this free plugin for PS to do a quick noise reduction. It's called Boundary Noise Reduction from Colormancer:

I`ll put that on the list right after trying to sort the watermark out.

You will have to capture some more of these Kevin. Wonderful colours allmost looks transparent.
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

I don`t see them very often, it was in the front yard so I can keep watch for them.

Ooohh, what a stunner. We have plenty of jumpers over here but none coloured like that beauty. Lovely shots.
Always feel free to rip apart any image of mine I post.
