Straightened the horizon a harsh crop, cloned out the signs, and a slight adjustment levels to brighten the pic a touch.
A lot of dark area in the pic, or areas of limited interest.

    Thoughts?

nice work, i need to slow down a little and notice things (eg. signs) otherwise i'll forever produce sub-standard pics
the reason i kept the wider angle was because i didnt want just a picture of a bridge and boat, but i do understand the 'limited interest' comment...it's still all learning curves for me
      cheers for the comments

I'm no expert either, and am still learning. I never noticed things, like signs, till others pointed them out to me.
The light on the left is really distracting it's that bright, where as the other one is a little less over powering, but that can also be dimmed a tad.

I hear what you are saying about not being a picture of a bridge and boats, but that is the main subject of the shot. The rest is just extra.
