    That's good, it's not often you see reflections like that without the actual clouds in the frame.

        Paloona Dam ... been there - coz I used to live in Paloona Place in Duffy, Canberra - where the whole suburb's streets were named after Aussie dams, reserviors etc. We were in Paloona, others close by were Tantangara, Burrinjuck, Eppalock etc

        As to your pic - I would have loved to get a shot like this one when we were there a few years back, but the "car park ain't all that great a place to see much"
        I think that you have struck is nicely - beautiful colours, the reflections you mention plus a lovely sunny day for it all

          Thanks Phil, yes it certainly wasn't built with public viewing in mind. I was wondering what the word Paloona means, do you know? I guess it's an aboriginal name.
