These were taken with the phone there was a lot of noise in the sky of #1 which I tried unsuccessfully to remove with luminosity masking (Due to me not being any good at using it I'm sure) I dis use the lightness channel after selecting the sky and just blurring it.

#2 I thought I would see how much better the shearing shed would look without the noise but then didn't see enough to have done anything about it.

Beautiful images Hans. Luminosity masks aren't for removing noise. Although PS has noise reduction Luminar 4 is a lot better. There's a great plugin for PS called:
    Boundary Noise Reduction from Colormancer.
Very easy to use and gives a live preview of your slider adjustments.

    Download: [ Windows (32 and 64-bit) ]

Unzip and copy Freeware Boundary Noise Reduction 2 x64.8bf
    to the: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Plug-ins folder.
Restart Photoshop and it will be under:
Filter > Colormancer > Freeware Boundary Noise Reduction v2.3.9...

For your image above, place a selection of the sky onto a new layer and then run the BNR filter.
I hope you find it useful.
