  • Light Meter?

    Hi guys

With the lighting kit I realise reading around that I should be using a light meter.

Is there a certain type I should be getting. It says a lot about metering for light but not much about any feature sets I might need.

    Anyone have one .. cost?

I have looked at the ebay type Sekonic 308S .. is this a reasonable buy to start?

Best value for money (well, for my needs anyway) was a Sekonic L-358. Accurate, cordless strobe readout and provides % strobe/ambient, can be fitted with a chip to fire Pocket Wizards.

Cost me about $200 over EvilBay.

Can certainly reccommend the Sekonics. I still use my 758. Excellent equipment.
